Hi Math Geeks, I have been trying to figure out a couple of questions based on side-angle-side similarity. They are a part of our assignment in College Algebra and are to be submitted next week. Could you please help us in winding it. We are actually searching for a tool that can help us in finishing it. |

You’re not alone. In fact, I had the same woes just before I found something very cool. Have you encountered Algebrator? If you have not heard anything about this great piece of software yet, let me give you an idea about this software. This is a program that helps you to solve algebra problems and at the same time you could learn from it because it displays a step-by-step procedure of answering the problem. It helped me in my problems in math and my marks significantly improved since I tried this. Be reminded that it does not only display the answer but it helps you learn how to solve the problem that makes it very educational. |

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring software but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several demos given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math. |

Is the software really that helpful? I’m just concerned because it might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to understand how a problem is answered and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software? |

proportions, quadratic inequalities and gcf were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best math program that I have come across. I have used it frequently through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Intermediate algebra and Remedial Algebra. Simply typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my math homework would be ready. I really recommend the program. |
