Hi math lovers, I heard that there are certain software that can help with us studying,like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can aid me with algebra? I have never tried one thus far, but they are probably not hard to use I assume. If anyone has such a program, I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in Pre Algebra now, so I've been studying things like quadratic equations and pythagorean theorem and how to understand them and it's not easy at all. |

I find these routine queries on almost every forum I visit. Please don’t misunderstand me. It’s just as we advance to high school, things change suddenly. Studies become challenging all of a sudden. As a result, students encounter problems in completing their homework. quadratic equations and pythagorean theorem and how to understand them in itself is a quite complex subject. There is a program named as Algebrator which can help you in this situation. |

I checked out a number of software programs before I zeroed on Algebrator. This was the most suited for fractional exponents, monomials and percentages. It was simple to key in the problem. Instead of just giving the answer, it took me through all the steps explaining all the way until it reached the answer. By the time, I arrived at the solution I learnt how to go about it by myself. I used the program for working out my problems in College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math in math. Do you suppose that you will like to try this out? |

I am not trying to run away from my difficulties. I do admit that sleeping off is not a solution to it either. Please let me know where I can find this piece of software. |
